The front desk step was so kind and they let me check in a few hours early. But unfortunately the room was disgusting. There was blood and feces on walls. The HVAC unit had a bucket under it and was full of water and overflowing when I left the facilities I turned it off. I did not feel safe staying there overnight so I left and got a better Hotel down the street.

Cockroaches,mold,no toilet paper,1 dirty towel,room just all over filthy. We complained,manager didn’t like that so he cancelled our reservation, entered our room while we were gone and put our belongings in the lobby. That’s where they were when we returned at 10:00 pm. They told us to take our stuff and leave. Bed bugs.

Do yourself a favor and skip staying at this hotel. The property is in very bad condition and the rooms are terrible. The bed is nothing more and springs with very little padding and there were bed bugs both alive and dead. It was so bad that I immediately checked out and went to a different hotel. The owner wasn't even shocked when I told him that I found bedbugs in the room and offered nothing to change the situation. Truly awful hotel.

Reserved room an hour in advance and when I arrived I was informed there were no rooms available. I had to go down the street to THE LODGE AT THE FALLS where they had plenty of rooms available and space to park my box truck.

Don't go stay at this place. Room was dirty, no towels or washer rags, no smoking room but cigarettes ashes around the jacuzzi, left dirty wash rags in shower and used soap in shower.

The first room had a damaged door. The door had previously been kicked in. The bedding inside the room was dirty. After asking for another room I checked and it was worse. This door was almost caved in and the bedding was still dirty. I did not stick around long enough to check the bathroom, but didn’t expect it to be in any better condition. They had walkways on the outside of the building heavily damaged and one section was crumbling and roped off due to collapse.
