Superbe endroit pour sejourner. Attention cest en.bord d'autoroute, donc un peu bruyant quand on.est dehors. Mais les chambres sont assez bien insonorisée. La.piscine est super. Le personnel.hyper serviable. La deco est hyper originale. Le pdj est simple et plutot Healty. Ne vous attendez pas à du bacon des oeufs ou des choses grasses..ici cest plutot cereales fruits, fruits secs, yaourt... Vraiment un chouette endroit.

check in at 3, get in room and fire alarm sounding every 30 seconds. told that maintenance man had already left for the day and had to move everything to 2nd floor. that fire alarm was completely covered in plastic. Beds were firm. they had issues with their drink making system, so the tokens we were given werent used. like the concept, just fell flat

Overall good, humidity in room an issue

Positives: Clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower, entertainment on weekend nights, oatmeal breakfast. Fun place to stay. Negatives: The room is very dark (not enough lighting). More lighting definitely needed. This stay it was extremely humid in the room. The bed even felt damp. Did not feel comfortable therefore because we felt like there was a layer of damp film on us all the time in the room. This is an issue for us considering future stays. Suggestions: Please figure out how to install dehumidifiers in the rooms, and more ceiling lighting. Please again offer walnuts at the breakfast bar (they weren't there this time). Please have oatmilk always on the counter as one of your milk offerings at breakfast (not behind the counter having to ask for it each time it is needed for coffee. If ever you re-do the parking spaces in the future, they are too tight right now even for smaller cars, please make them wider. Overall we like Hotel McCoy but the biggest issue is the humidity in room and lighting.

Was very disappointed

I had high hopes but no one told us the pool was closed and we were there for 3 days in July of all months. There was a birthday party that involved 40 people and they occupied all the outdoor activities all day on our one full day of being there. We couldn’t take advantage of one thing we wanted go to this particular hotel for. We kindly talked to the man at the desk and the manger but no help was given. Later I found out that out of the 40 people there only 1 family was a hotel quest. The other people they just invited to use the amenities. I asked if the management would like to make it right and he didn’t respond.
