Nope, never again!
The vent was filled with dust, reception was rude, tv did not work and when we tried to call front desk there was no answer, the tub was leaking after a shower, there were water stains on the ceiling. The overall cleanliness or attention to detail during a time of pandemic is below par, how is it when everything is back to normal?

Great hotel, save $
My GF and I have been here six times in 2020. We really love this place. Great pool, and the location is ideal. The queen rooms are artfully remodeled; the king rooms are slightly dated but still really nice and very clean. The balconies face the mountain and provide a really nice vista for morning coffee. Definitely recommended, especially if you’re on a budget.

Horrible time checking in!
Checking in was horrible! I arrived at 5:30pm to check in and the door to the office was locked and no one was at the front desk. They left a note with a number to call on the door. I called and NO ONE picked up! So im standing out there knocking and calling for about 5 minutes which felt like 20. Someone finally picked up the phone and she said she would send someone to the desk, without an apology or explanation. The guy showed up 10 minutes later and asked me what room i was in... i told him i don't pick the room, you guys are supposed to do that, so he had to call his manager to make sure he wasn't giving away someone elses room. He finally let me in and then said he had to go make a key for me. He came back 20min later with the key. I was finally able to leave to go get something to eat. No where on the discription of the hotel or on Hotels.com does it state that people leave the desk at a certain time. This was a horrible experience, especially after i had driven for hours to get there. I'll NEVER stay here again!

This place was very cute and at the end of the downtown strip. You could walk to places from here but most places were 5-10 driving. Pool was big and outdoor area was modern
