Misleading online reservations cost a lot

Hotels.com changes the dates online without notice to the user. It accidentally reserved for July when I was actually making reservation for April. When asked to cancel the July reservation, they refused saying it was non-refundable. I hold Hotels.com responsible for such misleading tactics in online reservations. Bel emplacement

Beau potentiel mais manque d'entretien, idem pour la piscine. Pensez à changer les rideaux déchirés. Petit déjeuner, manque les saucisses (pommes sautées & omelette en chaud). J'ai apprécié les gaufres

It was clean, but brown carpet in bedroom and part of the bathroom it is not appealing. Also brown bedspread could hide anything. I prefer to pay a little more and go to the next level.

Worst.Hotel.Ever.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The blinds in the room were dirty and shredded. There was an actual roach in the hallway. The mattresses are probably original to the hotel. We left after checking in and seeing the room and immediately booked a nicer room for less money at a different hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was not accommodating and refused to refund our money. The pictures on their website see complete misleading. Spare yourself the trauma and book somewhere else.

Horrible, TV, coffee maker, and Fridge didn’t work. Called the front desk no one came. Back door of property didn’t work. My room key didn’t work had to make 3 trips back to the front desk.

Check in at night is weird.

I didnt like check in at all. Nobody works the desk at night and you have to check in with a kiosk. It was wierd and did not feel very hospitable. The rooms were nice with a nice view but the bathtubs where pretty dirty. Breakfast was good.

Stay away

Where do I start ? The building was really old and hotel was outdated. Everywhere you looked it was id disrepair, the beds were not comfortable. We rented 2 rooms and the AC would not cool off the room but maybe because there was a board between the window and AC and when you moved the board you could see daylight. The breakfast was a joke, no meat and not sanitary. If I were you I would stay away from this hotel/motel. We will not return and we travel 6 to 7 time out of the year and I have been in some bad hotels but this one takes the cake.

Check in an einem Automat, es wurde um 14:45 Uhr tatsächlich gesagt, Check in erst um 15 Uhr, dann war natürlich eine lange Schlange. Gebuchter Balkon mit Blick auf Autos und ziemlich dreckig, da brauche ich keinen Balkon, der auch noch extra kostet. (Siehe Fotos) Ich habe für das Geld, schon wesentlich besser gewohnt. Also hierher nicht mehr!

The hotel is dirty all around with trash and filthy areas including halls, elevators, room, pool, parking, and kitchen area. The breakfast was completely terrible with no food available and dirty counters all around. The hotels is in a terrible condition all together.

Hotel is definitely dated. No one at service desk, just a kiosk. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Their milk machine was clogged and only good thing they really had as the waffles. The rooms were dated. Our phone did not work at all and our towels were cover with lint. Pool was ok, but gate stayed wide open even after closing. We will not be staying here again just because I know there are far better places to stay.

I booked for a room with balcony but unfortunately the room that they put us is not. I tried to complain at the desk but the staff told me that they dont sell rooms with balcony thru Hotels.com. can u believe that? The mattress are old. It sunk when u lie down. Rooms are old. Will not go back or recommend.

The room itself is good and well laid out, but the whole place is dated and well past its prime. Many things out of order. Tatty torn drapes etc. It could be so much nicer, just needs money spending on it. But, good value for money all the same, an we're only staying one night.

Taking to telecom to check in was weird. We had tv but no channels, tub water slowly drained. No ice on gorst level. Coffee maker hard to work. But we slept so good.
