Mtn Collective ski trip 2025
Rooms were very clean, loved the hot tubs and friendly staff. We were put into a small room for 4 people, but we understood it is an older hotel. We got a good rate for Jasper. A sign when we arrived that we couldn’t use slow cookers, toasters, kettles in our room was a surprise, but was told we should have checked before booking. Lesson learned!

À éviter si vous voulez dormir !
État général de l’hôtel demandant une grosse rénovation. Manque cruel d’insonorisation. Nous avons subi l’ambiance du Pub (appartenant à l’hôtel) dans notre chambre. Apparement cela est normal d’après la réception d’avoir la musique du pub car il est ouvert jusqu’au 23h ! Malheureusement pour nous notre chambre se situait juste au déçu !

Will stay again.
We have stayed here before and will stay again. The front desk was very friendly upon check-in, but hardly looked at me when I checked out. Not a problem. The bathtub had a bit of blackish between the tiles, but again, this was not a big deal. Very convenient to downtown stores and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel, Cassis, was very good, as was the service there. All in all, comfortable and accommodating. Will stay again.

Clean and comfortable beds, but room was too hot.
Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Service was solid too. Unfortunately though, the room was terribly hot in the middle of the night, so much so that it woke us up and kept us awake. Felt like we were sleeping in a sauna. We turned down the thermostat to 18°C but sadly this didnt seem to have any effect on the heat the following night. I figure the room was anywhere from 25°C to 30°C during the night, with little ability to control it. Turning on the air handler to the cool setting helped, but didnt eliminate the problem and it was still too warm. And we couldn't open the windows as it was colder than -15°C outside and this wasn't allowed (understandably).

We booked this at short notice once we heard Jasper was welcoming visitors again. Lovely hotel, perfectly located. Lots of confusion from us around parking, we were told we could park anywhere nearby but everywhere was metered parking. We eventually found out from tourist information that parking charges in the town had been suspended but we did worry we'd find our rental clamped or towed in the meantime! We did find it a little noisy at times with other guests moving around the corridors but it wasnt awful or constant.

Nice room, comfy beds!
Price was reasonable for being right on the main drag with a spectacular view! Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and so was our room. Decent size room, very comfortable beds, nice hot shower. Restaurant attached to the bar has friendly bartendars and the french onion soup was delicious!
