We had a family emergency in this area, so chose this place on short notice, based upon proximity and relatively low price and decent reviews.
We were impressed with the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. It's a basic hotel (2 star), but very well cared for, quiet (considering the location on a busy street across from Disneyland), though some of the rooms on the ground floor near the street can be a bit noisier at times. It has a wide range of rooms - some with a small patio and table/chairs.
One caution... the parking area is very small, and guests are limited to one car per room (an issue for us this trip). If you are lucky, they may determine their is enough space, but it'll cost you $20 or you may have to park at a garage about a mile away. It worked out for us, fortunately.
For the price, this place is excellent, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. If you are a Disney-nut, the location is walkable and unbeatable, unless you spend 6 times as much at a park hotel.
We'll be back.
