Unbearably Hot in the Warmer Months
The hotel is in a wonderful spot. The room was very clean and layed out very nice. We have stayed there 4 times now but always in late fall to early spring and never even considered an air conditioner. This trip, we stayed in late summer and were shocked to find there was no air conditioner. Even though we opened the slider and window, it was HOT. We ran the ceiling fan in both rooms and a provided floor fan. That helped a bit but my wife and I got little sleep due to the heat. If you like it warm/hot than you should not have a problem. We will stay again but never in the warmer months!

Big surprise...No air conditioning I was shocked when we checked in last week, July 10 to learn that the hotel does not have air conditioning. The rooms have ceiling fans and extra floor fans available, but one also needs to open the windows to get fresh air which leaves one vulnerable to noise and air pollution/allergens. Another surprise: no breakfast available, not even coffee ! Not a good value for the money.

We loved everything about this property. We immediately felt at ease and comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Slept like the dead. We got a full suite and it was very well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay in the 1-bedroom villa. Plenty of space for four people, and the location was great - right across the street from the ski shuttle bus stop and great views from the rooftop hot tub. Our one complaint is that the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove and the hotel couldn't provide a hot plate (although they were kindly able to give us a crockpot).
