Everyone we met was very friendly and accomodating. Our room, and the entire hotel, was extremely clean and had a very nice scent. And the hot breakfast was a perfect bonus! We will definitely stay here again!

Worth the extra
This has become our go-to place now. It is a little more than some of the others, but it is worth it. They offer a hot breakfast. The swimming pool and hot tub are actually operational. They had new receptionists and they were super friendly.

Clean, affordable, accommodating
All around a fantastic place to stay! The price was unbeatable. They are one of few places with a pool AND hot tub that is indoor, making it available during cold months. The evening staff was less than inviting although not rude. Only complaint would be the parking lot is tiny. My request for a first floor room due to physical restrictions was granted, which I appreciated. Definitely would stay again.

It looked good. The place sounded amazing. I checked in after dinner. I went to go take a bath. I brushed and braided my hair before I got in the tub. The bathmat came up from the tub, and I had hair floating in my bath. I cleaned hair out of the drain. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Eggs, sausage,waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast,and at least 7 kinds of cereal. The hotel was kind of difficult to find.

Horrible pillows
The pillows were absolutely horrible, lumpy and very uncomfortable, im fact 1 of the pillows wasnt even a pillow it was a blanket rolled up and stuffed in a pillow case, bed wasn't all that comfortable either, but the staff was nice, if you're looking for a chrap place to stay its ok just bring your own pillows

Lackluster stay
Not inviting, nor very clean. Staff is very impersonal and just perfunctory with their duties. When we arrived there was water everywhere from people coming and going to the pool. Puddles in the elevator. Water dispenser with ice was empty (just had ice) and the general atmosphere was it seems like a place people go to party and use the pool on the weekends. Loud neighbors. People walking around with no shoes and dripping wet bathing suits. It is what it is, but traveling through this was not what we were looking for.

A lot for your money
We started staying here every time we go through Springfield. We have really had some bad experiences in other motels. It is easy to get to from all major highways. They have a pool and hot tub that actually work. The water in the room is actually hot. The rooms are clean and a nice size.

Hotel was well maintained but seemed pretty dark in the rooms and the breakfast area. Wattage needs to be increased especially over the sink, in the hallways, and in the breakfast area. We were surprised to have to put a $150 deposit down after room was paid for. Breakfast was excellent.
