Not impressed at all. When we checked in at desk, had to wait and wait. The man working at desk, kept answering the phone and asking people to call back. Assigned us a room and as we walked to our room noticed how dirty hallways were. Lots of dryed up chunks of mud !! Went in our room and immediately saw little bugs crawling on floor in the bedroom area and bathroom area. The bathroom floor and shower floor had been neglected and dirty. Went back to the front desk and the man gave us a different room on a different wing of motel. As we walked the hallways of this hotel it was terribly hot. Air apparently not working. Our new room better, no bugs, but showing its age with wear and tear. In am went for breakfast, again hallways hot and not too comfortable. Variety of foods, but apparently sitting awhile. As the hot foods were cold and pancakes turned to rubber, they were so chewy you couldnt eat. We were there at 7:30 am. We saw plates left on tables full of food. Soon realised why they had left their food. Sad. Proceeded to then go check out. Process smooth, except the hotel charged us 4.00 more then what we were quoted from hotels.com We travel fairly often. And have used hotels.com frequently, very disappointed in this experience.
