I wasn't provide service in my room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. Great breakfast selection and loved the gym. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

it was ok

This was by FAR the WORST experience at a hotel I've EVER had. To begin, when we first got into our hotel room it smelled like cigarettes when we specifically asked for a non smoking room, the carpet smelled like pee, and the air conditioner made an awful loud noise that woke me up when I was sleeping. Following that, we had a complaint for our speaker being too loud- completely understandable for them to ask us to turn it down. HOWEVER, instead of asking politely, security barged into our room and shouted at us to turn the speaker completely off and told if we got another complaint we'd be escorted off the property. We turned off the speaker and one of us stepped outside onto the balcony. The security guard was standing at the bottom of the stairs and turned around and yelled "you got a problem?!" and proceeded to try and intimidate us acting like he was gunna come up the stairs and fight someone. To be honest, I was scared to even continue our stay there after that not knowing what he might come back and do. After he finally left we got a phone call from the front desk saying "we received a complaint about your music" and I followed up by telling them we already turned it off and the supposed manager LORENA proceeded to say "yeah we also heard you were nasty to the security” the AUDACITY. We later called the GM KANANI, were called liars, laughed at by her, and told they wouldn’t do anything for us and that we should call corporate. I will NEVER stay here again.

Good value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was solid, and the airport shuttle and driver was prompt and courteous. The room's air conditioner was a bit noisy, but I’ll definitely stay there again at a similar rate.
