Pleasantly surprised...
Nice to find hotel to accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids. We reserved the room (apt) with 2 king beds and 1 queen sofa bed. Super cute apt, quiet, clean, modern bedrooms/dining/living areas and full kitchen. 1 bathroom was ok however as it clearly needed to be renovated to match the rest of the apt as cabinets were still in the 70s. Just passing through on our long road trip so we got a good nights rest & we’d definitely stay here again. Thank you BW!

The coffee in the room is VERY weak! Needs upgrade. There were some ants on the night stand and on the bed.

Great check in service, poor maid service
The young man at the check in desk was very polite and offered great service. However, I checked in 3.5 hours after the earliest check in time, walked to my room, and there was a maid inside my room. The room wasn't entirely clean, there were things under the bed (I have a one year old so she found them quickly) and things on the floor by the entertainment center. The mirrors were dirty.
