Room temperature fluctuated between much too hot and much too cold. Also the heating unit was noisy. There was a kitchenette in the room but no cups, teaspoons or anything else that could have been useful. A couple trying to check-in ahead of me were treated rudely and for no good reason.

Canceled my reservation booked a month in advance. Rude reservationist. Booked 2 queen beds for 3 adults. Got 1 double bed what nightmare

What can I say, this place has turned into one of my go to spots when I visit Palm Springs, inexpensive, centrally located and a staff that always makes me feel welcomed. If you are traveling on a budget, or need a quick getaway, I would recommend this place. Thanks guys

Hotel was nice looking. Pool wasn't open, was person in parking lot was cleaning there suv and it was a MESS!!! Room was close that area but park on other side of hotel. Staff was short handed.

what i loved about this place is how close everything was, the only complaint i have is they should have indicated we wouldnt be getting breakfast or that the pool was closed i believe they should have comped with something

The aircondition is making noise and its only set to 72 which is still really warm inside. The check in process is not effecient as i was told to wait in the lobby then all of a sudden fred (frontdesk) started to entertain guest to check in without calling me as first in the line.kinda disappointing especially it was really hot and u really wanted to get a shower and take a nap after long drive .

Everything was good until they said the pool was closed!! That was the main reason of my trip to be in the pool relaxing

Rented this hotel for 1 night didn’t know the pool was closed! So call before going. They said was because of covid19 but there are many hotels in the whole area with open pools. Room was clean. No ice machines!

I have a hard time believing they did not have I’ve machines in the entire hotel. We had to go out several times throughout the weekend to pick up ice! Also, as much as I appreciate doggy friendly environments I was disgusted as to how much poop I saw around the hotel. Come pet lovers, we could do better in keeping up with our pups, but also the hotel did not have bags in the posts and no clean up around Complex. It was definitely a blah stay for me, would not recommend unless it’s your last resort. Sorry Extended Stay but that’s a two dumbs down!!!
