Barcelo is amazing and that singer who does the salsa show on Thursday and the merengue show Sunday was incredible and the band were total professionals !!! All the bartender and waitresses were also very kind .... Beach was incredible... Almost as incredible as that salsa singer.... Can't wait to come back as this was my third stat ... And hope to see you soon !!!

The staff was very friendly, accomodating and kept the room very clean. Pool was super clean as well. Brush up on your Spanish it helps. The food was good, best restaurants Koyoto and Dolce Vida. There is a trolley that comes every 10 mins as the resort is huge. Be helpful to have a map of the restaurants at the Palace in the room. Highly recommend upgrading to a premiere room with walkout pool it was amazing. Electricity wiring is a lil off, as some switches turn off lights as well as air conditioner, but the air condtioning worked well. Also you can smoke anywhere in the resort which was unpleasant but we managed. The property is very well kept, service was great. The beaches were beautiful, plenty of seating and even areas of shade under the palm trees. They were very helpful with Transportation to and from the resort. You can not use cash , you can charge to the room or use a card. I recommend getting a preloaded card and having cash for back up for the airport or emergenices. If you charge to your room, get receipts for every transaction. Things to bring as well water shoes for excursions, water proof phone holder, immodium ,snacks for room these items are very expensive. Overall ,we loved our stay, and would go back !!!
