Beautiful historic Palace stay
Beautifully decorated historic building which once served as a palace. Our triple room was spacious, with two shower rooms and high ceilings. The breakfast selection was the best we had during our Italy trip. Staff were very friendly. Location was perfect - easy to walk to the main train station and also all the attractions are just within walking distance. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Also the oldest pharmacy in the world is one minute walk away. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone wanting to get a true feel of Florence.

L’hôtel était bien, mais il y avait beaucoup de moustiques. Je pense que l’hôtel pourrait faire mieux que de donner des pastilles qui ne sont pas d’une très grande efficacité.

Conveniently close to Firenze S.M.N. Station. Area around the station is what you would expect from a big station in an important city. The employees at the hotel were courteous and professional. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and a good way to start your day. Easy walk to several sites and restaurants. Had our best meal at a restaurant recommended by the hotel staff, just a couple of blocks away. Accademia was an easy 15ish minute walk away. Our quadruple room was spacious and comfortable.

Minha estadia foi muito boa. Sem dúvida, da minha viagem a Itália este hotel foi o que mais me surpreendeu. A localização é perfeita, com restaurantes e atrações super próximas. O acolhimento e recepção que tive dos funcionários foi surpreendente! Educados, simpáticos e prestativos. Assim que cheguei no quarto foi surpreendida com uma cartinha mega acolhedora e um livro muito interessante. O quarto muito limpo e bem decorado. Um detalhe: o hotel inteiro cheirava muito bem. Perfume delicioso! Café da manhã muito gostoso. Valeu muito a pena.
