Lobby temp is set to 90. Same place you east breakfast. Super hot. Food was minimal. Waffles stuck to the pan. (For everyone ). Had to keep asking for things to be filled. Pool area will burn your eyes with the amount of chlorine they use. Ceiling tiles ready to fall down. Corroded windows with exposed rust. Room was ok. Toilet not secured to floor. Shower handle wobbled freely when using. One of the beds was stained badly. Covered up with fresh sheets to hide. We stayed in Rm 111. Asked the front desk for a blanket and towels and no one ever showed up. Had to go ask again. Could hear people in the hallways talking and outside our window. Poorly run wires from TV just dangling on the wall. Looks pretty unprofessional

The Hotel need to get better.

We were assigned a room with a loose safety lock. The hotel door on the right side was broken, and anyone could get in. The pool had so much Clorox that it hurt the view just from standing in it. The area around the pool was very dirty, and the windows were corroded. The included breakfast didn't have much variety. The inside of the room was poorly cleaned, and the hotel carpeting throughout the hallways was dirty.

A dirty hotel

I don’t recommend this hotel because is not what you see online. Bed sheets were used “dirty and smelly “ Not enough towels. Breakfast was horrible. I have to ask for sheets and still doubt it was clean. This is a healthy hazard for anyone. I’ll never stay in this hotel again. I’m going to stay at Hilton close by

A honest feedback.

After a long 8-hour drive, we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying our stay during our four-day visit. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. From the start, we noticed the hotel is family-run, which can be a strength, but it often felt like we were walking through someone’s personal home rather than a professional lodging space. Behind the front desk were boxes and miscellaneous items stacked in view, and we passed rooms where family members (serving as staff) were sitting and chatting casually during cleaning hours. When we entered our room, it was clear the only thing done was the bed being made—hopefully with fresh sheets. The floor had not been vacuumed, there was used coffee in the tray, an ice cream container was left in the freezer, and the mirror and vanity were not cleaned. The shower had two conditioner bottles and no shampoo. On top of that, we discovered blood stains on the comforter, which had simply been covered by a sheet. In the lobby, we often saw the family having early meals or lounging around, making it feel unwelcoming for guests to use the space. Breakfast was very limited—only waffles, eggs, sausage, and two cereal options. No fruit or oatmeal were available. While we appreciated the location and your attempt at hospitality, these issues left us disappointed. We will return to the area next year, but unfortunately, we will be booking with a different hotel. I hope this honest feedback helps your team improve.

Never staying again.

Worst notel we've ever been to. Breakfast was scheduled to go until 9am, at 8:20 most of the breakfast bar was empty, with no willingness to refill. On our second morning they atleast had the bar with food, but very little options to choose from. Our family of four was only given 2 towels to use for a 2 nights. We were directed to not use our room towel for the pool, and to not take pool towel to our room. We went down with out group of 10 and there were only 3 towels in pool area. The pool water was extremely chlorinated causing a reaction on many of our family members, and anything in the pool area was rusted and painted over. The hotel had broken tile everywhere, inside and outside the rooms. We stayed during a 95 degree stretch, we had our A/C turned to 62 however the room barely got below what we can guess to be 80. Very uncomfortable. It took 5-10 minutes for any hot water to get to the bathroom sink or tub. The language barrier was truly difficult. Preventing us from getting the amenities that we required, and any complaint was not understand or dismissed.

Hotel was nice enough. Breakfast was limited choices with no meat to go with the eggs. Air conditioning in the rooms worked, but the hallways and lobby areas had no air or was kept really low. We did not use the pool, but it was milky looking. The price and location we’re good for us to visit Diggerland

Room smells like wet carpet and smelled like someone smoked marijuana there.The bathroom door was gross, full of stains and even water damage at the bottom. The shower curtain rod and curtain improperly installed, so the curtain kept sliding down the middle and so from the side, it covered only middle part of the tub. The place charged $50 deposit right at the check in. They should have paid us $50 for staying there!

Not great but not the worst I ever seen

Older hotel. Shower was a 2/10. Dirty contact lense on the floor in our room. And someone’s old receipt. Check in felt strange they asked for a deposit which was not strange but they took my $50 cash and put it in an envelope and didn’t give me a receipt at all for it. When I checked out they gave it back to me but didn’t even check my ID for it I could have been anyone. Very strange process which made me uncomfortable. Should have paid the extra $20 to stay at a Hilton. Best thing about it was the Philadelphia flyers jersey they had hanging up

Don’t do it

I booked two nights because it had a pool and was close to Diggerland with my family. Thé pool was so cloudy and gross I was afraid to go in it. My bed sheets were stained and i felt a crawling feeling sleeping in there. After going to the park for the day i came back at 5:00p and no one had cleaned the room and it took me forever to find someone at the front desk to get towels Thé breakfast was typical bit I had an old man yelling at me because i doubled up my coffee cup because it was so hot . We left that night and bever stayed thé second night. I would’ve loved a refund
