We have stayed here many times. We have also booked multiple rooms at other hotels with my reservation and credit card with no issues. The desk clerk could only find one room in my name. I showed the paid reservation which showed 2 rooms. I tried to get on Hotels.com for the actual booking number but whenever it sent me a security code to access my account, the site would not open. The clerk got his Manager and she said until I found the other room’s booking name and info., she couldn’t help me. My entire party thought she was brisk and rude and acted as if the situation was our fault. I thought managers were there to help their customers? My relative then asked me if maybe the “room” ( and not reservation) was in another name, which it was! Nobody at the front desk had suggested that situation. When booking 2 rooms, you write down the “name “of the person staying in the 2nd room. But like I said before, I have experienced this exact same scenario before, with no problems. The 2nd room was found with ease. And you would think whoever is paying for both rooms and who already has a booking number, would also have their card linked to both rooms.
