Mold in shower, cracked bathroom sink, arms on desk chair damaged, iron did not work, two fast food dipping sauce containers under bed - overall room was not clean. We have stayed there before and we’re satisfied but not this time. Will not stay there again.

Awful!! Dirty rooms and pool, extremely rude staff. The hallways were HOT and musty. Vanity was filthy and so was bathtub. Old dirty socks under out ottoman and dirty sheets on the pullout bed. Two towels for the entire room.

It was very clean. A little loud at night with peoplw slamming doors but would usually quiet down after midnight. Large rooms. Would stay there again!

Bathroom light kept blowing, sheets were dirty, room was dingy and the beds were so noisy and hard as rocks. We will not stay here again.

We were not off to a good start when we checked in on Friday, 4/30/21. The front desk attendant clearly was annoyed and overwhelmed at having to check in guests when we arrived at 3:30PM. He asked for my husband’s driver’s license, which my husband gave him. Then the attendant asked for it again after returning the license to my husband. He then demanded a credit card “for incidentals.” My husband told the attendant to take the card used for the original booking, to which the attendant rudely said he needed to see a card because he didn’t have that information. The attendant then took a phone call in my husband’s presence and never excused himself for doing so or handing my husband back his credit card. My husband had to interrupt the attendant’s phone call to ask for the credit card and room keys. Then, my husband and I were out of the hotel all day Saturday, 5/1/21. We returned to the premises at 8PM only to find we had absolutely no housekeeping performed in our room. The shower leaked earlier in the day, so we had no more clean towels. We also had overflowing wastebaskets due to eating our breakfast—served in styrofoam containers— in our room. I presented to the front desk only to find a printed notice that housekeeping would be performed only if arranged in advance. I had to deal with the same rude check in attendant to simply ask for 2 clean bath towels. He never acknowledged his failure to inform guests of this policy and begrudgingly handed me two towels

The hot breakfast is a welcomed addition to the stay. During this time of covid it was an added plus for a stay at this facility. Having a staff member serving the hot breakfast in to go containers show that serving a hot breakfast can be done safely and efficiently.
