    late night arrival, noisy environment

    I arrived at the hotel at midnight, as I knew I would. Just wanted to get to my room to sleep, as I had to be on the road early again the next AM. As I attempted to check in, the overnight desk attendant attempted to quiet a group of noisy (and possibly inebriated) guests that came to the lobby the same time I arrived. The confrontation between employee and guests, escalated into a shouting match, which last several minutes, extending my delay in getting checked in. (the desk attendant was doing her best to de-escalate things, but it wasn't happening.) Took 2 trips to haul my gear in from my truck and both trips, had to navigate people in the parking lot, drinking and partaking in "controlled substances." The place was clean, and easily accessible from the interstate. Despite the good rate, I don't think I'll book there again......

    Love the rooms!!

    The room was great. Very comfortable bed, pillows and soft bedding. The room is so nice since being remodeled. Had quit staying here prior as it was getting pretty worn. Love the rooms now. A negative was the loudness of the surrounding restrooms when people were showering. And the noise of the vehicles on 41st was VERY loud but we will continue to stay there as we know that cant be helped.

    Its not an upscale hotel, kind of run down, could use a freshen up but for the price its worth it. We always stay here if I have early morning appts. Everyone is friendly, with covid someone is there to help with serving continental breakfast.

    Excellent Stay, Good hygiene

    I stayed here for 2 nights with family. Front Desk was helpful to fulfill our requirement (microwave, Refrigerator) by upgrading us to better room. Has good cleaning overall, in the room and lobby. Good Breakfast, due to covid, hot items served by server and you can pick cold items, which is good. 24*7 coffee machine. Location is great. Loved our stay. Will come back again.

    Marginal property

    Simple overnight stop over. Great location, relative to the interstate, shopping and restaurants. Dated property. Poor condition of bedding and furniture. Bug in the bathroom. Poor tv equipment and cable services.
