The customer service is fairly poor. I went to my room and the AC did not work. Made a complaint and the person at the front desk walked off to look at it and went to the wrong room. I had to wait for him to come back and show him where I was staying and he had got it to work. The floor is very dirty. I don't know when the last time the floor was mopped. The mattress does not fit on the frame which creeks with the slightest movement. I've stayed at a few low budget hotels, but there is no reason why there is no clock, phone, or coffee maker in the room. I had to wait 15 minutes to check out due to there being no one in the lobby.
