Decent services, nothing more. Small pool and food too greasy for me. Woke up in the middle of the night because of a water outage. Impossible to use the toilet or my bathroom in my room for a long time without compensation, it was very unpleasant and disappointing.

Beautiful dining terrace, good food and good breakfast, nice spacious rooms, nice pools. Limited gym but a good spa. Restaurant staff were great, hotel staff were ok but a little curt.

Car needed

Location is far away from everything and there was no shuttlebus. Renting a car is a must. There is 15 minutes walk to a small supermarked. The restaurant menu is not for vegetarians or children. Not much variety in the breakfast. The rooms are ok and the pool area, outdoor terasse and lobby are nice. Only a few employees speak english.

I was a bit concerned reading some reviews before the trip but I was so pleasantly surprised. It was so peaceful, the pool area was amazing, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the environment beautiful. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Enjoyable hotel, fantastic view

So happy we found this hotel, hope to come back again. The hotel is situated on the hills with a great view, quiet area, lots of parking spaces. The food was nice, both in the morning and in the evening. The staff during dinner could be a little more observant of the guest, but it just gave us more time to enjoy each other and the view. The pools outside were nice, salt water. Only bad thing, thing is that smoking is allowed when in the restaurants which is so disgusting, would be nice if there were smoking areas.. but that’s France

The rooms where tidy, nice pool areas and facilities of Spa. Big spa. Receptionist very polite and friendly and spoke english very well. Limited availability of room services such as water. We got 2 small bottles for drinking and tea but housekeeping were not so forthcoming with providing any additional. Possibly restrictions.

While overall the property is a pleasant experience, the staff is not as pleasant. I forgot my new linen bathrobe in the room and it was gone. They said there was nothing in the room and never “found” it. Very bitter after taste.

Not 4 star, 2 star at the most

Disgusting. That's all I can say about this hotel. It is dilapidated, unsanitary and dirty. Staff unfriendly, cleaning crew need eye exam. They seem to "clean" and nothing is clean. Mold in the bedrooms, mold in the bathrooms, dirty laundry, dirty carpets. We waited 5 days for them to change the bedding on our bed. After many requests!!! The breakfast is disgusting. Rotten fruit. Stale bread, old food, expired dairy products. If you are looking for a health retreat, avoid this property.

Cleanliness was the main issue. I booked a standard room for my family and was immediately met with a strong smell of mould/ sewage.. the shower head itself was full of mould and so were the bathroom tiles. We also found lots of dust (I’m allergic) and bugs in the room. The room itself did not offer a 4* standard and was very old and the carpets were stained throughout. I was kindly offered another room and was ‘upgraded’. This room was ok and was decently cleaned and provided amazing views. The receptionist were very kind. The toilets around the property (by the pool/spa) were dirty and I honestly felt like I was using a park toilet. The pools were so good and my child throughly enjoyed using them, although the flooring/walls are rough and constantly scratched/scared us. We didn’t really use the spa facilities but I will say that there was a strong sewer smell in the spa and main reception area. Overall, the property was decent and offered good value for money, it just needs a good upgrade to bring the standards up and to improve the cleaning standards throughout.

Chambre propre très grande, très confortable. Personnel à l'écoute, très disponible. La piscine très agréable, un bon moment de détente le matin. Un seul bémol à 19h une arrivée de 12 enfants (bouées de plage, cris...) trop jeunes je pense pour un spa. Une situation inadaptée pour un espace bien être, et une thalassothérapie d'une bonne réputation!! C'est dommage.

Grosse déception !

J’ai été extrêmement déçue par cet hôtel. L’entrée des piscines se fait à la réception par un petit escalier en colimaçon. Notre chambre étant très éloignée et compliquée d’accès en plus ! Le deuxième jour, pas de gel,douche dans la salle de bain. Pas de conditioner, pas de body lotion, et même pas de shower cap! Pour un 4 etoiles c’est léger ! Le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement à notre arrivée( des sous vêtements des anciens occupants au sol!) , et même durant tout notre séjour , c’était le strict minimum , et encore!!! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel

3jours 2 nuits seule avec enfants , à 300 Euros la nuit je m’attendais à ce que l on m’aide quand même en arrivant avec mes bagages! On me les a mis sur un chariot et après débrouilles toi dans les allées , étages du complexe qui n’est pas évident pour se repérer vu la grandeur ! Pas d’eau dans la Chambre alors qu’on est en Canicule, pas de changements de serviettes ni de chambre faite . Un chien qui se balade au buffet le matin ! Bref décevant alors que j’ai économisé pour pouvoir offrir cela à mes enfants

Très bel hôtel. Extérieur très agréable. Personnel agréable à la réception ainsi qu'au restaurant. Maître nageur d'une gentillesse et bienveillance qui se font rare. Par contre l'état des chambres très limite pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Enormément d'infiltration aux niveau de la salle de bain les dalles du plafond sont gonflés et décollé. Hygiene mediocre dans les toilettes. Fourmi dans les chambres à notre arrivée. On attend mieux d' un hôtel de ce standing. Rapport qualité prix à revoir !

Flott opphold på Thalazur hotell

Bodde på hotellet i 12 netter. 3 utendørsbasseng med saltvann. Ok frokost. 15 min til nærmeste matbutikk. 7 min til Antibes sentrum med bil. Litt usentralt, eller fint hotell.

Mellem fornøjet oplevelse

Service og generel rengøring er ikke til de 4 stjerner hotellet har. Man bør være mere imødekommende selvom jeg ikke taler fransk. Hotellet ligger fantastisk og morgenmad også rigtigt god.

Fint hotell.

Fint hotell med flere basseng som var bra oppvarmet, et litt varmere enn de andre. God frokost. Hyggelig med balkong. Eneste negativt Var maur på rommet. Litt lite sentralt, men liten pizza restaurant med veldig god pizza rett ved siden av hotellet. Må ha bil for å bo på dette hotellet. Anbefaler hotellet:)
