Great value for visiting Olympia area

Very good value simple hotel. Staff are excellent. Rooms are just fine. It's next to the freeway but the room noise on the bottom level was very low. They take pets and it's very convenient for visiting Olympia.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was extremely skimpy. The pool was very small compared to how it looked in the photo, and the hot tub was gone. The room was shabby (no stopper in the sink, shower fixtures in disrepair) and did not smell good.

The location, parking, gas station, convenient store, 24 hour dining restaurant, Denny's just besides it, quiet, friendly staff, especially the front desk guy KB is an amazing person, friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be back.

It wasnt very clean, the light switches were dirty, there was mystery liquid smeared on wall and ceiling. And a bloody hand print on the wall in the bathroom pretty gross. Staff was really nice though.

I'd like to start by saying I've had the oppritunity to stay more than once, some time back when it was under different management with some wondefful staff and now currently so I'll be writing this for my current stay. I lost my home the prior year and have been traveling since then until I could find stability. While in my travels I work and have my dog. Ever since coming my stay has been more than accomodated.

Had the find the property, down behind other properties. A bit run down, needs updated and whoever did the painting doesn’t know how to tape around outlets. The young lady that check us in was ver friendly and cordial. Cigarette burns on vanity and marked on the lid of the toilet. Room was dust….funiture was scared up. Really needs a update done!

I was going to go with 1, but the bed was comfortable. That being said we weren't told where the breakfast was so we missed out. Despite a non smoking policy you could smell it in the lobby as soon as you walked in. A deep cleaning hasn't been done in who knows how long. I could smell something like urine in our room, and later stepped on what may have been dried urine. Someone else's hair was still in the bath tub. We also smelled smoke in the vending area. We opted to wait to shower until we were camping instead of using their's.

Nice place to stay.

At first we.had an issue with our bed being so hard. Management contacted us and upgraded our room to 2 softer beds. Excellent management. I usually stay at Wyndham run motels or hotels, as I appreciate that they take care of their patrons. So if you have an issue with your room, just talk to the management.

It was so-so i expected to have hot water but the dial in the bathroom just continued to spin around, when i finally did get the water to be warm after about 10 minutes it turned cold on me. Another complaint would be that the breakfast on sunday consisted of juice, an apple and a crunch bar. However, the staff was extremely friendly/helpful and the price was very affordable.

Sweet little spot for a quick getaway.

This was a great deal, for being booked at the last minute. However, I ultimately decided to stay here because of the pool and hot tub, which sadly was out of service 5/6 nights of my stay. There were little issues with the room; fresh holes in one wall where it looked like management was planning to replace some of the art, and the phone in the room was not functional. Really rather minor details considering how much work had clearly been done recently in updating the lobby. I believe that I would happily book here again, even with the issues with the pool/hot tub, as it was very easy to find, and conveniently located for any shopping, entertainment or dining needs for a long weekend trip. The staff was amazing. No matter the hour, they were always welcoming and happy to help with whatever needs I had. Referring me to other options if they could not accommodate in house. Happy travels, all!
