The front desk staff was amazing!! The rooms weren’t the best even with the renovated room. Love that breakfast is order ahead but we all received wrong/missing items

Its ok....
The location is great because its very close to Universal Studios. The beds wete very lumpy, making it very uncomfortable. The room was a little beat up and the shower too. Free goodies for breafast was a plus.

The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast not that great because some of the food options were not available and the kitchen just packed available chocolate muffins in your to go box. The staff were nice.

Good Stay, near Universal studios
We liked the hotel service, proximity to Universal Studios Orlando, Dr. Phillips and Windermere that we were visiting. The shower was enjoyable, strong spray and potency. The beds were kind of hard ,at least for me. Also,we asked to be changed of room because a strong smell of humidity. They gave us an updated room which was a suit. I appreciate that. We have a small dog and everything worked out well innthat regard. Pool was very cold, i'd say ice temperature. Only the first day my son and uncle had a dip but it was extreme. Overall we were satisfied in the week we stayed there.

You won't find a better value in a hotel. Best breakfast you will find during Covid. I would definitely stay here again.
