Just ok upgraded motel

The hotel is an upgraded motel. The rooms are spacious and modern, and they had good layouts with a sitting area. Everything was well-maintained and the staff was friendly. What we didn't like was the a/c was so loud that it woke us up out night. It was right over the beds and blew forcefully in our faces too. The breakfast was skimpy. They served bagels but were out of butter many days in a row (we had to ask each day and they had to find it for us in the kitchen), and only gave us jam when we asked. No cream cheese either. They had yogurt 2 out of the 6 days we were there since they said they were out. There was a store/snack bar, restaurant and bar but they were all closed and when we asked when they would be open we were told the weekend. The weekend came and they never opened. We were there in late July so that seemed a bit odd.

I chose this hotel based on rates alone because I didn’t want to break the Bank. It turned out to be the best hotel stay I’ve had in a very long time. I gave it five stars across the board. The only thing I gave four stars was the service and only because throughout my stay, housekeeping never showed up. This really was not an issue. I could’ve very easily gone to the front desk and grabbed whatever I needed, however, I never needed a thing. Front desk was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing! Me and my daughter go to Universal Studios once a month and I will be staying at this hotel every time I’m in Orlando.

En general hotel cómodo, muy normal diría un poco costoso para lo que ofrece. Terrible que cobren el parqueadero y no hay café, ni agua caliente ni nada en recepción Las opciones de desayuno mucho por mejorar. En conclusión, Excelente ubicación, habitación espaciosa para familias (dos queen más sofacama doble), buen baño y limpio en general para mejorar el desayuno muy pocas opciones y terrible el cobro de parqueadero

Mala experiencia

Cambiamos 2 veces de habitación, la primera por mal olor del sofá cama, la segunda por ruido excesivo del motor del aire acondicionado, en las habitaciones en general el sistema de aire es demasiado ruidoso y la salida apunta a la cama, a pesar de tratar de calibrar la dirección de salida, el aire frío pega directamente en la cara. Fueron 3 noches sin descanso, no reconocieron los problemas y mi única opción fue quedarme allí para no pagar penalidad. No recomendado.

Hidden gem of a place

I booked on a whim due to the reviews and the ability to accommodate our family of 5. It was great! The room was spacious and clean. It's close in proximity to all of the things on International Dr. Gregg that done our check-in was amazing!

Great Location Not to miss…

The room is very clean, and it is close to all the attractions and places to go. Everything is modern-looking, and it has a fantastic view. I only wish they had a better complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, it's a great location, and hopefully, down the road, we will come back again.
