Great place to stay in downtown.

The pillows smelled as if they were not replaced. I was a bit disappointed as there were other hotels that I could have booked but because Marriott was well-known, I was for sure nothing could go wrong. I won't go back here though

Really nice stay and great location if you need to be downtown Edmonton. Some large garbage bags left outside our room from cleaners and other guests upon our arrival, I formed front desk. Very comfy beds!

Would not recommend staying here. Ac does not cool room enough. Parking is more expensive than most better hotels in the area. Lots of hallway noise. Terrible experience. They are also making masks mandatory, dont not stay here for that reason alone. We need to shut these businesses down that want to enforce policy like tbis. Way better options downtown.

Great hotel. I was a little surprised that there was not coffee in the room. The parking lot was a nightmare with all the construction going on. Absolutely beautiful view.

Had no water for half my night i stayed no shower or washroom for 5 hours and no attempt to right situation. Also was forst sent to a room with messes up beds and was not cleaned yet then sent to another

Showed up had no water to shower and wasnt able to use toilet for 4 hours. Was first sent to a room that wasnt cleaned or anything then sent to another. Pretty disappointing for such a nice location for a hotel.

room was nice, view was the best part, was 8/10 clean which was a bit gross during covid. no room service or restaurant due to covid(probably should have read that before booking) tons of construction outside that hit a water pipeline so we didn’t have water for the first 3 hours we were there. overall nice place but in my opinion wasn’t worth that much money.
