Check-in time is 3pm. Softball team began their check-in at 3:45. There were 2 clerks at front desk. I stayed in the same line, which was moving extremely slow. Other clerk completed all check ins & I was still waiting in line. This clerk NEVER asked for next customer in line. She was checking in walk-ins over customers still waiting in other line. After 20 mins of waiting, I was checked in, BUT a room wasn’t ready. Was told, it would be ready in 10 mins. After another 20 mins, room was finally ready. Entered room, settled in to relax for about 15 mins prior to game, & TV didn’t work. Tech came & fixed it. Clerk visited & I explained my disappointment with staff! She didn’t offer upgrade or credit due to OUR experience, but she did offer member points, but never followed up. Total lack of customer service…..
