I stayed in Room 215, right at the top of the lobby stairs, with a view of the front desk from my door. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and the entire property was spotless. The pool was lovely, and the laundry room was impressively clean. I felt completely safe during my stay, and the location couldn’t be better — just five minutes to the airport. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
With my background as a former Assistant Manager at a Ramada Inn and current hotel inspector, I can say with confidence: this hotel is “move-in worthy.” I truly felt at home here.
The only area I’d suggest for improvement is the welcome mat and elevator, as these are key first impressions. The elevator could use a deep cleaning in all its corners and crevices, plus a polish on the metal surfaces. The wood trim, while understandably hard to maintain, had noticeable chips and scratches that detract from an otherwise impeccable image.
Still, the positives far outweigh the minor fixes. The breakfast was great, the staff was consistently sweet and professional, and even when I left at 1 a.m. to pick up my daughter, the front desk clerk was nearby, sitting at the patio table outside — a charming and reassuring touch.
I would absolutely stay here again.
