約克市中心假日飯店 (Holiday Inn York City Centre)

酒店位置接近市中心，相當方便。員工服務好，客房整潔，特別是每天清潔整理房間的員工非常用心。

这家酒店位置非常好，步行可到各主要景点，服务人员态度非常好，酒店干净整洁卫生，早餐非常好，品种多品质好，总之是非常棒的酒店！

Very good service by hotel staff couldn’t ask for better staff they were brilliant.

Because we had family problems with our stay and couldn't spend time there, we had to leave early, the hotel staff were very understanding and helped us to leave without any trouble, the hotel even gave us some of our money back, which was very nice and polite

Ideally situated 5 mins walk to city centre. Excellent rooms. The breakfast was of poor quality and lacked items (mushrooms and tomatoes). Due to the lockdown conditions breakfast was only available at 08:30 which we found to be too early.

Our room had mould around the bathroom sink which was wet and distcusting. They changed the room for us strate the way. Also theyre were small hairs on the bathroom floor

Great central location and amazing team of employees; thereafter very disappointing. Smallest family room we have ever stayed in: once the sofa bed was out, there was no room to access the side of the double bed, so had to crawl in from the bottom. The shower floor and walls were covered with black mould and the bathroom was damp due to the lack of ventilation. Such a shame, as every encounter with a member of staff was professional, friendly and super helpful. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation - certainly on the 4th floor.

I really enjoyed my stay, couldn’t fault the Holiday Inn York Central. Excellent customer service from reception man!

I don’t know anything about this hotel as I didn’t get the chance to stay there as my trio was cancelled due to Covid but they still took the full payment and refused a refund. Despite giving them 4 months notice. So for that I give them 0/10 for ripping me off.

Room fairly basic and walls very thin. You can hear people talked and moving about next door and upstairs
