They made us pay twice for the "Queen suite Deluxe"!
They admitted to have received two payments, but wouldn't repay us. They offered us extra nights instead. We spent a lot of time arguing with them about this, but for our entire stay they kept telling us that they would return to us with our money "in a couple of hours". We are still working on making them pay us our second payment back.
There was very little water - if any. We were only able to flush our toilet three times during the three days we stayed. All the hotel guests had the same problem, so there was a run on the one shared lavatory, when that started working for a while. When the receptionist noticed that the common lavatory worked, it was locked(!)
It was impossible to shower for most of our stay - because there was no water.
The electricity supply was unstable.
The pool was empty, so we couldn't use that either. I saw the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in this empty pool. It was almost impressively big.
We turned on the ac in the room. After two minutes water started running from the ac onto our beds. One end of our bed - including our pillows therefore got soaked. They couldn't offer us a replacement bed or pillows. The cleaner knew about the problem before we told her.
The air in the room stank from fungus. The walls of the room has a serious fungus issue. There were roughly 50 fungus gnats in the bathroom.
The first night was very loud, as the windows to the hallway is not soundproof.
