Room is clean, towels are very soft like new, no bleach odor, bed is not too soft to get my back hurt, free breakfast is not rich but good enough, regular double queen bads room is not small, air conditioner is very quiet, it is much better than same level hotels.

Check in could be better. I waited about 30 minutes for someone at the front dest to show up to check in. There was bugs (spiders)in my room on my bed. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, carpet was very dirty, bath room was too small for me being 6 foot 1. Overall experience was not pleasent. The complimentary breakfast can be better. Not a big selection.
