Dårlig service og ingen rengøring

Det var tredje gang vi boede på motellet og helt sikkert også sidste. Alt var meget dårligere en de sidste gange vi boede der. Servicen var rigtig dårlig, værelset var slidt. Døren til gangen knirkede så meget at det ikke var til at holde ud. Jeg klagede over det og fik en spray WD40, så kunne jeg selv smøre døren, hvilket jeg gjorde. Vi havde 4 overnatninger og efter første nat var der ikke ordnet værelse. Jeg klagede over det, og fik den besked at der ikke var rengøring eller skift af håndklæder. Morgenmaden var markant dårligere end sidst. Der lå Max 4 stk toastbrød og vi måtte konstant spørge om mere. Det samme gjaldt kaffe, varmt vand, mv. De få varme ting der var, var meget ulækre. Personalet virket uinteresseret og gav INGEN service. Jeg forstår bestemt ikke deres vurdering på 8,4.

Ok stay

Rooms were fine. Bathroom a little dirty. No wash cloths. Had to request at desk. At 8:30am they were out of coffee and breakfast items. Had to wait a while to replenish then food and coffee was gone again.

Very nice; a typical AmericInn. I was startled that they sent me a text and email to pre-check in. So I did that, and even scanned a photo of my driver's license. But when I arrived, I had to do everything all over again. So when they texted and emailed me to give check out information, I just deleted it and didn't bother.

This Hotel is a hidden gem it is tucked away from trunk highway system. So there is some outdoor space, but close to a 35w.

Definitely eventful!

Our stay was ok. We heard weird, very faint, background (?) music the entire time we were there. It became a little annoying in the middle on the night. It was not an insulated well hotel, you hear...everything. Every door, every laugh, every conversation around you. In the morning we had a very interesting experience. We heard housekeeping getting a little tense. A gentleman demanded the housekeeping cart he wanted from another hotel housekeeper. It quickly turned into screaming, yelling, f-bombs, crying, & loud thuds (maybe hits the carts into eachother or into the walls, we were guessing). After the disagreement, we left our room to check out, every housekeeper we ran into was nice & pleasant to us in person. Breakfast was hot & welcomed. We had to leave early the first morning there & couldn't enjoy breakfast because it didn't start until 7 a.m. But it was great the 2nd day. The hotel was very warm & welcoming. It had a cozy feel with the anesthetics that made it nice to come into after a lomg day.

Comfort with a comfortable price

This was a cozy hotel that had a family owned feel. It was convenient to the interstate. The bed was huge and comfy. the apartment for lack of a better term, was big enough to host a small gathering if desired. a full living room, water closet, and bathroom and then a huge bedroom. The breakfast area was well kept. and then there was the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.... oh my what a way to end the day of stress and driving... It was quiet at 10pm and had it all to myself. Nice size of all three and all were working correctly. Only downside was the shower bar in the bath tub wouldnt' stay closed.

One night stay

Friendly, easy check in. We slept comfortably. The beds and pillows were nice. I also liked the in room coffee that was offered. We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel as we had grandkids sporting events happening in the area. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast with waffles, sausage, egg, cereal etc. The only thing that wasn’t so good was the pool. We went in to look it over, there was such a strong chlorine and almost smell like something hot electrical burning?? My eyes were watering and burning. Would stay here again for a good nights sleep. Not fancy but sufficient for our purpose.
