overall my four night stay was fine but my non smoking room had a stale smoke smell. I suspect they haven't changed carpets since making the room non smoking. Staff was great and the little bagged breakfast was cool. They're trying to provide a safe stay which is appreciated.

It was really nice to have a kitchen in the room except the knobs for the stove weren't there but an enjoyable stay

I was expecting just a regular room with a bed or two and maybe a mini fridge but it's more like a small apartment with a living room, a bedroom with two double beds and a fully functional little kitchen. The property was fine, didn't pay much attention to it, but there were two people outside smoking who looked a little sketchy. The fridge wasn't working and the gentleman working came down and figured out it was turned off. The bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and I mentioned that as I was leaving. The man at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Price was excellent for a "suite".

Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially amidst the Covid-19 issue. Our only complaint was our room was close to the front desk and it was noisey in the morning

Nice person and friendly at front desk but the fun stops there. Not bad loction to easy to get Dartmouth crossing or mall . Rat trap in room was not nice to see thou , and the stove fridge in one combo was prety unreal to see this day and age .

I found the pics deceiving. It was old and outdated. The carpet throughout needed to be replaced. The bathroom tap was hard to control ftom splattering everywhere, the tile surround in the tub needed replaced, the heaters in the entire room were on full force and the room was hotter than hell. The reception gentlemen uponcheck in was very nice as the woman on check out. The kitchenettes need to be ripped out. They dont look safe they are so old.
