Nice Hotel and Wonderful Staff.

Check In was pleasant, and informative. Entry to hotel is very secure 24/7, you must be buzzed in or use your room key. Pool and whirlpool open by reservation only. We had a room on the 3rd Floor, (on the parking lot side). The room was quiet, and clean. We had one issue with nails protruding near bathroom doorway, and I stepped on one in my socks. I went to report it to the front desk, and they had no maintenance personnel on site. I asked for a hammer, and one was provided. I hammered the one I had stepped on, and found another about 8 inches away, hammered that as well. Problem solved.

Great stay! Very close to a variety of dining options! No heavy traffic experiences! Staff consistently following COVID precautions! Clean facility and staff prompt in response to questions and requests. I go to the area for business each month and I’ll be going here from now on!

Good clean place

Nice hotel in very quiet location in an industrial park area. Very helpful front desk. Clean, large room. The only trouble was the frequent smell of smoke coming through the vent in our bathroom and the vent right outside our hotel door. Clearly guests ignore the no smoking rules.

What happens when you check in room already used.

I checked in at 630 pm and the room was already used never have I ever seen such atrocity. Dirty rags on the bed. Guts what look like from a cigar. And they had the nerve to not issue my money back. Smh.

Terrible service

God-awful service. On Valentines Day weekend with my fiancé, they changed from our reserved king to a 2 double bed room. They did not notify me when it was changed, would not correct it, manager couldn't be bothered with a call, and they refused to prepare any of the EMPTY king rooms for us to use. The ice machine was broke on our floor, there was a bad leak in the ceiling in the hallway, and the toilet in our room the 2nd day would only flush if you turned on and off the water supply. No apology even days later. No refund for not providing the room reserved, condition of the floor, or poor service. Nothing.

Nice stay!

Overall stay was pleasant! Front desk was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning could have been better though. Found some sunflower seeds on the floor. The pool was nice. Breakfast was simple but it was enough for us.

No heat but accommodating staff saved our stay!

I stayed here for 6 days and the first two the heat in my room wasn’t working. That’s an issue obviously because it’s cold out but I was traveling with my 4 month old daughter so heat is a must. I told the front desk about it they gave me extra blankets until maintenance came the next day because I didn’t want to move from the first to the third floor with my baby. Maintenance couldn’t fix the issue so we moved to an exact same room across the hall. They also comped us two extra free nights to make up for the two nights the heat wasn’t working in the room. All in all, the stay started a bit bad but it ended well because the front desk workers were willing to work with us and make up for their mistake which was great appreciated. I recommend this hotel because it was nice for the price and the staff was very accommodating. If we didn’t have heat issues, I would’ve given my review 5 stars.
