Great staff, clean, good amenities but needs a reno.

Great staff. A beautiful place to relax with family and enjoy the great outdoors

For some reason getting a receipt out of this place is next to impossible. For a place which mainly caters to business professionals I shouldn’t need to call 5 times for a receipt. I have travelled to 100s of hotels and have NEVER run in to such a hassle before. Won’t be going back.

We went there specifically for the pool (as it was advertised on their main page, it’s their first picture) so we were extremely disappointed that we couldn’t even go swimming. My son was very upset. The room was okay, the service at the front was great. The restaurant hours are very disappointing as well. They open late and close early.

This is an old hotel which has not been kept up. The carpets are threadbare and there is a lot of work to be done to bring this property back to its former loveliness. The restaurant was not open for breakfast or lunch, only dinner and I will admit the food and service were very good. We were very disappointed that we had to drive into town for both our breakfast and lunch since this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The indoor pool was closed and empty of water, supposedly due to renovations but we never say anyone working on it. The gardens were full of weeds and the numerous Canada geese left prolific droppings all over the grass. We did go golfing which was good except for the goose poop. The staff were friendly and helpful despite all the hotels shortfalls. I would not recommend this hotel. There is potential here but it will take a lot of work to bring it up to par.

Hotel is run down more then pictures show. When we went to put our kids to bed there was dried blood on the sheets on one of the beds.

Very friendly fri t desk staff, however, I had to back twice, the door Jesus did not work. Lobby rugs were in need a vacuum. The bedding was very clean however, beds need to be replaced, they’re sagging in the middle.Carpeting needs to replaced, generally this property is in major need of updates. But the must disturbing factor was the dirt in the air con unit, could not believe it, actually took pics. This property is over priced.
