My first experience there was amazing it was nice and very clean and a very good atmosphere…. My second visit which was now the current one Thursday 14 my customer service was wonderful it was the cleaning of the room it was poor also we was placed on a dog floor the room smells like P from the dog it also smell like animals was just laying all over we was placed on the first floor I was so disappointed in my room I didn’t wanna complain I just stayed apologize for the inconvenience I don’t know if I’ll ever return again thank you
Stay at Hotel
We stayed last minute… room was clean, pillows were terrible and I kept hearing noise all throughout the night.When I got up at 5:30am I looked out the window and there were big cement trucks working in the empty lot next door. Kind of disappointed
The property is about two years old and still clean and well maintained. My complaint is I wanted to change my reservation from two days to one day and Expedia customer service wasn’t able to make the change. I spoke to four reps at Expedia. Finally Robin was able to contact the hotel to see if they would charge me then have the hotel refund me the extra day since I had requested the change within the 24hr cancellation window. Thanks to Whitney the font desk clerk at the hotel she worked directly with Expedia to get the charge reversed. Please be aware when you book through Expedia and not directly with the hotel you are at the mercy of Expedia. Even if you make changes within the allowed timeframe. Again I want to thank Whitney for providing excellent service and contacting Expedia for to reverse the charge.
