Estadia perfeita para família em Cancún

Nossa estadia em família foi excelente! Atendimento cordial desde a chegada, com check-in e check-out rápidos e flexíveis. O quarto era amplo, limpo, confortável e acomodou muito bem nossa família de cinco pessoas. A comida foi variada e saborosa. Quando nosso filho se machucou, a equipe prestou primeiros socorros e acompanhou sua recuperação com atenção, o que nos deixou muito seguros. A localização é perfeita: de frente à praia, em frente a um shopping completo e próximo ao aquário de Cancún. Recomendo com tranquilidade, superou nossas expectativas!

I loved my stay, very good food, clean water, the hotel was always clean, the ambiance was great and the staff was amazing! always some music or activities in the resort for people who want to move and there’s a 18+ pool for people who don’t like being around kids, so it was perfect!

The staff were all very friendly and spoke English. Fair warning it is a mostly local hotel but we found that fun. It is basic and not big but it definitely was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean the food was very good and we had a great time !

Hotel pequeño a comparacion de los demas alrededor. Precio calidad esta bien. Instalaciones 7/10 Mi cuarto el 2129 nunca sirvio el aire acondicionado, lo reporte varias veces y no me dieron solucion. Siempre se mantuvo en 24 grados. Regadera no tenia presion de agua. Agua caliente bien. El cuarto olia a humedo/orines. Al llegar no tenia el frigobar surtido, lo tuve que pedir. Las almohadas muy incomodas, colchones bien. Comida 7/10 En un desayuno me dieron frijoles perdidos, me causo diarrea. El restaurant pescador no tenia AC, muy caluroso, no comias agusto. Para reservar para la cena es hasta las 4pm por la app, y estaba fallando, solo 1 dia nos anotaron, los demas dias nos decian que no habia espacio y habia mesas vacias. Comida en general regular. Bebidas 10/10 Buena atencion de bartenders. Alberca grande cierra a las 8 pm asi como los bares de alrededor. El bar de la alberca de adultos cierra a las 6. Deberian de extender la hora de cierre. Albercas muy sucias, falta de limpieza entre horas. Baños de albercas apestaban demasiado, no les dan limpieza durante el dia. Cuarto 2125 Sin luz en el baño.

Overall great place to vacation we stayed for a week from Tuesday to the following Tuesday, furniture in the room was a bit dated not fancy at all but it worked , the A/C in the room was enough to cool you down but you are not able to choose the temperature you want , the lobby area needs to have better A/C it’s not comfortable to sweat while sitting in a nice environment, the food choices where good the 3 restaurants pretty yummy and the buffet was good also ,I would highly recommend this place

Would never recommend this property. I was stuck here four days wanted to go home the same day I got there. I brought my baby and did not have access to water bottles only water fountain available. Absolutely disgusting food 2-3 days old couldn’t even bite into the corn. Front desk didn’t answer, mold in our tub, horrible drinks, kids pool was so dirty. The towels smelled so bad like mold.

The staff was great. The resort was in good condition. The location was nice with the mall accross the street. A slight smell of mildew in the lobby but not awful. The buffet food was not very good. Three restaurants on property were not very good. The snack bar was probably the best food that we had and it was pretty much just burgers and nachos. The mixed drinks were made with cheap ingredients. The beach however was amazing. The entertainment and events were a lot of fun. We loved that the adult pool was never too crowded. The beach itself was worth every penny of the stay!! I would come back and stay at this resort again for the money i paid. If your a big foodie you might want to try another place.
