布魯塞爾市中心諾富特飯店

We stayed four nights in the Novotel Brussels Centre. It was during the pandemic so facilities were limited but this is of course as expected. The service was excellent, room was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a short walking distance to the Grand Square which was wonderful late at night and plenty to do nearby.

Welcoming team at the hotel and supplied an ample breakfast considering Covid limitations. Hotel very clean. Shame to not have access to the swimming pool for now. Excellent location for access to plenty of bars and restaurants at Catherine Sq and only a short walk from sites such as Mannekin Pis and Grand Place. Found parking on the street within 200m with easy access to pay machine. Bonus as could not park in undercover parking due to roof box.

Unusual circumstances ! Breakfast expensive considering offerings

The check in was very basic, the customer service was just avarage. He didn’t give much information about the hotel or the city. Didn’t even inform what time is a check out or that there is a swimming pool. The room was a good size but could be updated and cleaned a bit better.

The property is very modern beautiful looking rooms and comfy bed. Unfortunately the room temperature was far too hot in the second night. The air con did not work. We opened the window which was very noisy from the Ibis guests returning arguing and fighting. This was then followed by building work so barely had any sleep.

This hotel is starting to look a bit tired. It could do with a makeover. Pillows were the worst I’ve ever experienced. Pool was quite small and busy. Staff helpful and very professional.

Horrible. The construction started early in the morning and the drilling and hammering got worst as my headache got worst...

Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast.

It is a good stay. Staff members at the reception are very helpful.
