A good quality hotel for a 4 day Berlin tourist vi

A 10 min walk from u Bahn and s bahn. Very close to Berlin zoo. A spacious and comfortable hotel with very good facilities. We took advantage of the lime e- scooters to make the journey back to the hotel easier (and fun) staying as a mother and son. The breakfast was very good, wide selection and staff helpful.

Great Stay

We had a very pleasant stay at pullman berlin. Everything was great besides spa closing time which is set at 9pm. Could be extended to 10-11pm so the guests arriving late could use the amenities to get some relax after a long trip. Breakfast was great, also a cook on the shift making dishes as requested on the spot. I advise everyone to come and check it out. The elevators are really slow tho.

2nd time staying here. Excellent hotel with modern amenities. Love the pool and spa in the basement. Mahmet at the front desk really saved the day by providing me with a universal converter free of charge. Excellent customer service and so appreciated. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
