My friend and I had an amazing stay!! The staff was welcoming and very helpful from start to finish. They can all speak lots of languages which is great. The room itself was so lovely, the bed and pillows were so comfy (it was actually hard to leave the bed in the morning!). The location was perfect - close to everything, walkable, the area was beautiful and so clean. Only negative thing was the wifi which did not work very well but everything else was perfect!

Perfectly located hotel for a Valencian City trip

We stayed at Reina Victoria in Valencia with our children. It is perfectly located as its 500m from the train station and then right on the border into the busy streets of Old Valencia. If I had to say one thing, it was that the TV was not great and it was hard to get it working. The kids just needed a couple of hours of rest time but we resorted to watching something on our phones.

Pros: The room was modern and big for European standards. Nice bathroom with great waterfall shower and pressure. Hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to all sites and restaurants. Overall, a good place to stay. Cons: Courtyard view was basically the side of the building. Paid breakfast was good, nice selection, but hot food (eggs & bacon) were cold two days in a row. I informed staff the first day.
