入住的两天内wifi幾乎都無法联结，必須到大廳查看電郵，向櫃台反應也無法改善，只告知是整体性的問题，過两個星期就會全面改善。另外结帳時金額多算了41美元，我主动發現後櫃台人員才設法解決。

The lobby as we walked in was dirty, certainly, it was not vacuumed that day The room they gave us first didn’t have shower curtain, and A/C, heat unit was not working I reported it to the guy at the registration and he placed us into another room There was no blanket on the bed . Only a thin bed spread I asked for a blanket, because it was cold that night The guy at the registration told me that’s how the room was, no blanket. I told him the other room has a blanket, he said some room has blanket, some doesn’t, it could not be changed I said that didn’t make sense Later, he brought the blanket to my room The next morning, we found out that there is no hot water in the whole hotel The explanation was, “I told you last night.” It’s a terrible hotel, nothing really worked Don’t stay here

Hot water was broken, they gave us a discount, but a phone call would have been nice as we could have found other accommodations. If you gave any allergies this is not place for you. We had to leave early because everyone was sneezing coughing red eyes. As soon as we left everyone felt better. Desk staff was very nice.

Third floor room, hotter than HOT 🔥 AC did next to nothing, couldn’t sleep in that heat and it made me nauseous. Room is worn out and beat, carpet not vacuumed well. Cracked window with seal flapping in the breeze. I do NOT recommend this hotel!!

Hotel needs to be cleaned and updated hot water did not work very well. Air conditioning did not work and had to be moved to a different room. Service was unhelpful no pool no coffee no refreshments no breakfast but it was very quiet if you need a place to stay for one night it’s OK if you need a place to stay for a long while I would not recommend this

Avoid this hotel. I booked through hotels.com based on their recommendation, but the room was dirty and not serviced. When I requested a new room, the thermostat was broken and it was uncomfortably hot. The pillows were flat, and the bed was poorly made. When I asked for a refund, the staff directed me to the general manager rather than helping me. This experience was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Most of the staff was rude and not helpful. TVs were not working in room, and staff reluctantly came up 1st everning and finally got one TV working. The other in the sitting area was never resolved. There is not breakfast at the hotel and TVs are not flat screen as described. On last day at hotel, asked for the room to be serviced or at least to get clean towels. Neither was done, and when asked the hotel staff that evening for a set of towels they said the maids had left and he didn't have access to towels.

I chose this hotel because it was close to my business meeting the next day, and because it claimed to have a restaurant (the weather was cold, had a long drive, and I just wanted to settle without having to leave the premises. So, first thing I found on checking in was there is no restaurant. The desk clerk (a pleasant young man) told me that the place is being renovated. I replied, "Well, then it shouldn't say you have a restaurant on your listing." His response was, "We keep telling the management that." Resigned to the need to leave the hotel to eat, I went to my room, unpacked, then walked into the bathroom to discover it had not been cleaned - wet towels on the floor, and so on. Went to the desk and asked for a new room. Nice young man quickly complied and put me in a better room - a suite, with two televisions. Which was kind of nice, except neither television was working. Nor was the internet. Nor, as it turned out in the morning, was the coffeemaker. Ditto the hot water! The building itself was beautiful and has a lot of potential. But overall my stay was more like being in a Motel 6 - except in one of those I would probably at least have gotten hot water!

Room was downgraded because the one I reserved hadn't been cleaned I booked a king suite. When I checked in, I received my key and entered the suite.It had not had not been cleaned yet, at 6:30pm! The front desk staff assigned me to another room, which was a downgraded, smaller inside room with no windows. The room itself is outdated, no USB ports to be found, and even the phone was unplugged. I needed the WiFi password, so I figured out how to get the phone connected and called the front desk. The desk agent wouldn't give the password to me. He just told me, it's on the envelope with your key. I explained that I had switched rooms and didn't have the envelope, and he still wouldn't give me the password. At check-in there was no mention of the breakfast, so I'm not hopeful that this hotel will provide that. Note that there are no blankets on the beds, just a top sheet and empty duvet cover. Made for a chilly night. This is my 2nd time staying here, for events at WestConn, and I'm happy that my WestConn student is a senior and I won't be tempted to stay here again. Spend a few bucks more to stay elsewhere.
