The room was amazing and the bed was super comfortable... My only negative was that I had dropped something on the floor and I picked it up and saw alot of food and garbage under the dresser but I cleaned it all up and never let it bother me

Hotel needs better front desk service.
There was no one at the front desk for 45 minutes. We had prepaid our reservation and it was non refundable. Called an 800 number for help and they were no help. Finally someone came back to front desk. The whole thing was very strange.
