Worst check-in experience ever
When we tried to check in at 2 PM, there was no staff at the reception. We had to call a number and were told that someone would show up. It took more than 30 minutes for a maid to show up, speaking no English. She was unable to verify our reservation despite showing her the email with confirmation number. It took another 15 minutes until they finally handed us the room keys. Room was small, broken light bulbs, rock hard bed. Water heater cannot be properly adjusted, either too hot or not really warm. For this type of room, the price is an absolute rip off.
