Siempre llego a este hotel por las amenidades, pero en esta ocasión pedí una habitación como con más nivel y a pesar de que pague más y según era mejor, estaba muuuuy descuidada , sucia, la mesa quebrada (la reporte) el balcón muy feo ósea no era para nada válido el monto extra que se pagó.

Not young adult oriented

This hotel is not for those who are young (20-30’s), single, couples, or solo travelers. We booked an all inclusive because we planned to not leave the hotel and enjoy all its amenities. But It is definitely is catered for FAMILIES! The food service was terrible, bedrooms were outdated, amenities were also outdated and in bad condition, and there were no activities on the property. You cannot go in the beach unless you want to be taken by the waves, to rent a cabana you have to pay $80 but you can’t even enjoy it as it’s far from the beach and you can’t even get in. The pools were always filled with families with kids whom seem to always have pooped diapers, and staff never said anything. The “adult only” pool always had a kid in the vicinity, and the swim up bar closes at 5pm with watered down drinks. The restaurants served food with no flavor, the previous nights food, and always had flies in it. The bedroom was clean with beds that shook with any movement, the curtains were falling and breaking, and the sink in the bathroom never drained properly smelling like sewage. The hotel didn’t have events that catered to younger adults, and whatever events they did have were empty and not fun at all. Do not stay here unless you are prepared to be bored, have a family, and don’t mind leaving the hotel.

Decent Pool - Spend more Elsewhere

Overall, spend a lil more money elsewhere folks. The highlight of the property was that the staff was friendly (always greeted good morning and good evening no matter what the circumstances, and it's clear they are trained to respond with "it's a pleasure" after assisting customers). I think it's one of the more budget friendly "resorts" in the area, however for most people it can still be a lot of money spent, and I don't think it's worth it. Otherwise, the pool is nice, and the clientele appears to be local families and there was no drama. The rooms are dated, restaurant hours are not consistent, and quality of food is just ok. Our hotel room did not have any bath towels provided, did not have a working in-room telephone nor were we asked if we wanted one, therefore for most of day 1-2, I relied on the express service via WhatsApp. Various parts of the resort smelled of deep sewage water. Our room 4427, reeked in the restroom of deep water sewage. Check-in staff rushed our check-in; didn't bother to give us our separate keycards for towels, didn't tell us about the separate site that is their one-stop shop of daily bulletins and restaurant info - on day 2 we found out thru the express service via WhatsApp.

Al llegar nos brindaron un upgrade cln vista al mar. La atencion del staff es excelente, en especial un agradecimiento especial a Marian y Yolanda, quienes nos ayudaron a que nuestra estancia fuera de lo mejor. Urias y todos los chicos de animación muy amables. El último día fuimos a desayunar al grill y el servicio tambien fue excelente de parte de Daniel, Ricardo, Merely y Paulina.

The good: The beds were comfortable. The upgraded package allowed us to eat in The Grill restaurant (which was the only decent food available at the place). The upgraded package also got us an ocean front room. The room was clean but in need of some renovations (as is the entire property). The service was fine. Some places better than others. Excellent drinks at the lobby bar and rooftop bar. Pool drinks were another story. Every margarita tasted different that the one before. We switched to something simple (frozen vodka and lemonade), hoping that would get a better result--it didn't. In some cases, the drinks tasted like there was absolutely no alcohol in it. And in one instance, it tasted like we were delivered a cup of just some slushy ice. The service at the restaurants was good. All very pleasant with the exception of the Italian restaurant. The staff tries hard and they are all very friendly and polite but why can't you get a decent margarita at the pool??? The food---it was terrible! We have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts so we know not to expect a gourmet food experience. Because there is a variety of choices, you can usually find something you like at an all-inclusive. Not here. The buffet was truly terrible and we tried-- giving breakfast, lunch and dinner a chance. The only exception was the made-to-order eggs at breakfast. And none of the food was hot. I fell in love with my experience at Krystal Grand... also enjoyed having a personal concierge... Gabriel & Enrique were phenomenal...answered all questions and made beautiful accomodations for my birthday... I definitely recommend for a quick or leisure trip to Cabo...

We had a great time! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a nicer room, beautiful view. Pools and grounds were well kept and cleaned. Restaurants had good food. I cannot complain. I know the road noise can be bothersome, but it was not an issue for us, we were able to sleep fine. I totally recommend this hotel :)
