I recently stayed at this four-star hotel and, overall, the experience did not quite meet my expectations. While the hotel itself is pleasant, there were several issues that should not occur in a hotel of this category.
First, the coffee and milk in the room were never refilled during our stay, which was rather disappointing. In addition, although the booking promised two bottles of mineral water per day, we only ever received one.
Most inconvenient was the situation with the towels: although we were three guests in the room, we were provided with only two towels each day. We mentioned this at the reception twice, yet the problem was never properly resolved.
These may seem like small details, but they make a big difference to comfort and the overall impression of a four-star hotel.
