    Roach problem

    The place was clean and well maintained but my son found a roach in the bathroom. I didnt see another one until we got up in the am (we'd been swimming all day and were super exhausted) and they were in bed with us!!! The front desk person was VERY apologetic, said they knew they had a roach issue, they have someone that comes to spray, that the manager would contact me to "work something out or some kind of refund ". I have yet to receive a call. If they would figure this problem out, the place would be great.

    The property was under renovation. No coffee maker, no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. The cafeteria and the bar were closed during weekdays due to COV19 restrictions, although the area is surrounded by many places to eat. In my opinion, for those who like to enjoy nature and take a few days in serene tranquility; this is place.
