Don’t Hesitate- Book It!!!!!!

Hotel was in the perfect location. It was close to shopping and dining while being surrounded by the mountains for the most perfect backdrop. My husband and son was hoping to rent an e-bike while on vacation and having bike rental on site couldn’t have worked out better. Hotel has been completely renovated and is beautiful. Every employee we came across was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend.

A Nice Stay in Banff

The bed was very comfortable: firm but conformable. The room was spacious. There was a lot of renovation going on around the property, but everything was easy to get around. We got in early and we were able to park our car underneath and go out and walk around until we were notified of our room being ready; which I received notice 30 minutes earlier than the advertised check-in time of 4:00pm. The location can't be better: very walkable to the main, central area of town, and easy walking distance to the Bow River trails. I recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys basic comforts.
