The room had a refrigerator, but no microwave. There was no microwaves in the whole place. There was no complementary coffee in the morning. Nobody was in the restaurant, although the restaurant looked very nice but no one was there.

From the start of this day, this place was not ideal. The hotels.com website paints a very pretty picture, but in reality this is not a good location for relaxing. Upon arrival the elevator was broken and there was no concession or attempt to assist with luggage or anything concerning that issue. When you book your hotel, they do not tell you on hotels.com that they have rave style parties every weekend. I was not allowed to use the regular entrance to go up to my room and had to use the service entrance. The thruways were left dirty. The stench of alcohol and garbage permeated from the open trash area we had to pass through to get to our room. On the second night the party ends at around 10:00 p.m. But staff were extremely loud until after midnight talking, shouting and singing. I called the front desk. They did not answer and had to go down there in person and was told there was nothing they could do because the front desk staff has nothing to do with the staff for the restaurant or the parties. After the parties they left the stairwells of the hotel littered with cigarette butts, glasses and all sorts of detritus. There was also four large iguanas roaming the property the next morning that no one gives you a heads up about. They only supplied one washcloth and one face towel and parking for the hotel is in the back of the second building. So if you're in the first building, you have to walk clear through the entire property. Again, you are not warned about any of this.

The room looked nothign like the images. the carpet was stained and gross, it smelled liek cheap perfume. the lights int eh entry didnt work. the bathroom had mold on both the caileign and the shower curtains. the tub, bounced when stepping in it. all fixtre in the bathroom were falling off the walls and paint damages around it. the images show wood floors, fresh updated rooms. a balcony. our balcony door, didnt open, but looked onto a handicapped ramp, and had cigarett butts and garbage in the view. I asked the receptionsist for a room that looked like the images and upon showing him he said none do. there was no makager available until the next day at 10 am. I booke dthi sto relax and work remote from the cute desk and usingg the robe shown in every image and clean room in the mornign I swiftly woke up at 7 was there less than 12 hours, yet had to pay a resort fee to use no amenties and get the heck out of there! I felt unclean and unsafe in this space! and there was no help from any staff. he said he can move me to a room in the orhter buildign that looke dthe same on teh 4th floor and the elevator was broken! and upon reading the reviews it has been for over a month!! this is deralect and do not waste your time and money!

Room was clean. Price was great! Bathroom was very dated and shower pressure was weak. Overall, a good experience. Morning coffee and continental breakfast would nice. Weight room was decent. The view is amazing! The pool area is pretty good too. Just a few more updates, and this place would get a perfect rating.

Séjour de 5 nuits dans une "Chambre Deluxe avec balcon" située au 5ème étage, marqué par de nombreux désagréments : ascenseur en panne depuis des mois, téléphone inutilisable, absence de sécurité sur la porte du balcon, service de chambre limité à tous les 3 jours. De plus, trois soirées bruyantes organisées sans avertissement ont transformé la terrasse du rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel en "night-club" très bruyant, rendant l’endormissement difficile. Pendant les journées des soirées évènementielles, aucun accès possible au restaurant. Après discussion, un remboursement des frais d’établissement a été accordé, mais aucun effort de la réception pour nous reloger dans une chambre plus calme. Seul point positif : la grande gentillesse du personnel d’étage.

The room had paint peeling off the wall and ceiling. All of the furniture was dirty, and it needed to be cleaned or steamed, but the bed and sheets were nice.

Cuando llegamos la chica del lobby chévere. Pero en este lugar no hay elevador cuarto piso con maletas por escaleras eso no fue agradable el televisor no funciona por lo que no ahí nada que ver. El cierto la limpieza horrible estaba las mesas sucia y había tierra por el lado de las mesas y encima de ellas.

Quarto está mofado, tem um elevador velho, muito velho, você precisa fazer muita força para o botão funcionar. Falta manutenção básica. Talvez por isso ele é barato, talvez alguns considerem que vale o custo beneficio, eu não voltaria.

I reserved the hotel specifically for water front room and they did not provide instead they have me different one which we did not like it. Room and amenities definitely not for this price I paid. Not a good experience.

Do not waste you money here!! I booked the bay front room . Upon arriving I was told the elevator is still not working and we are on the 5th floor. When we get to the room the bathroom toilet is broken , there are broken chairs literally seats busted out on the balcony, phone did not work , tv was not working . Absolute ridiculous . We ended up checking out early and booking another location near by . What should of been a relaxing birthday weekend started as a nightmare with this joke of a hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Since Miami is a very humid city, I was surprised to learn that room cleaning is only done every three days. The air conditioning in the room was weak, and it felt like we were sleeping on damp sheets every night. Our reservation included breakfast, but the hotel required us to fill out a form at the reception the day before in order to have breakfast the next morning. This policy makes no sense — if breakfast is already included in the room rate, it should be up to the guest whether to have it or not. If you forget to fill out the form, they simply don’t serve you breakfast! And the breakfast itself is very basic — just a croissant or yogurt and coffee. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and comfort, especially considering the hotel’s humid environment and lack of proper air conditioning.
