Comfortable apartment /loft, ground floor, inside an historicasl building in Catania. Very close both to the sea and to the historical center of Catania , near the train station and subway, it is perfect to easily reach other typical places in Sicily. All our apartments , as towels and sheets, are cleaned and disinfected every new arrival to garantee the best safety environment to our guests
On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed at the corner , tv with Prime Video, and radio, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is provided with both air conditioning and roof fans . Inside the apartment there are a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes rack. On the upstair floor there is a double bed , an armchair, a small desk and a wardrobe. The apartment has its own entrance and you can easily find a car park along the street .
Close to the apartment there are a grocery store, bakery, cafe', tobacco shop and many restaurants where you can eat and drink. Via San Giuliano is the nearest street full of shops.
The train station is very close and you can reach it on foot where there are trains , buses and subway providing you all the services to go to any destination both in Catania and in Sicily.
