I went to the office to tell them that they haf bed bugs and i was told that i had to wait until the manager came in to be able to move or do anything I went back a few hours later and another person was at the front desk and he yelled at me and when i told him i would call the police he yelled more and then told me their's nothing they would do and when the manager finally came she said she would return my money to the card and but ut would take 10 days and she said how does she know we didn't bring them it was the worst service i had ever had will not be going back.

Disappointing
Nearly every part of the room was damaged in some way - even a picture on the wall. There was a burn stain on the blanket & the tub was peeling paint. The bathroom had various stains & the sink did not drain. It was so bad I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower. Also, I was in a non-smoking room but nonetheless there was a lingering smell of cigarettes & marijuana. Also, my room was freezing. Stay away from this hotel - the cheap price point isn't worth it.

For a nonsmoking room there were cigarette burns on ALL bedding. Whatever was on the bedding made me itch and burn. I had to get my own blankets out of the car because it was discomfort was so bad. The room wasn't vary clean. We didn't want to turn on the AC because it was so nasty we didn't want the builup to be in the air. Damage all over the room. They did however have a refrigerator. Just not a microwave.

Sleep in your rental car
If you have a no other options, and have a rental car, sleep in the rental car. This place was where I would go if I was a writer and needed inspiration for a skid-row or crime-drama. Everything was just grimy and gnarly, from the air-conditioner, to the bathroom to the bedding. If this place caught fire it would be the best thing that could happen to it.
