We called 8 times over a 30 minute period to get a complimentary shuttle ride. No one answered so we took a $27 cab ride which we were not offered ant compensation. Her excuse was she must have been busy and we should have taken a different cabana we may have got some money. There are plenty of hotels to choose from and I won't choose this one again. We fly frequently from Calgary but this experience was horrible.
