Our experience was horrible! We were in town for a family wedding and booked the room in November of 2021. We needed a room with two beds in it for our stay. When we checked in we found out that Country Inn & Suites changed our reservation to one king bed. We were never notified of the change, leaving us no time to find and alternative option that would work for us. And given that this was the same weekend as the College World Series they were fully booked. We tried other hotels but quickly realized that all hotels in the area are fully booked. In the end we canceled our room with Country Inn & Suites and decided to drive home after the wedding which meant we arrived home very late and were not able to attend all of the events we originally planned on attending. We are very unlikely to ever stay at Country Inn and Suites again. I have never had this happen to me and will make sure the Country Inn & Suites never gets the opportunity to do it do our family again. And don't worry most of my family at the wedding were told our story and they are unlikely stay there either.
